I really liked this line of thought Jeffrey. You can't force your feelings to fit a timeline and just because it's supposedly a time of change, doesn't mean it's your time yet. But it will come. Happy Holidays!

While we use the holidays for all sorts of self-reframing, many of us are not ready for that, and then a cycle of making commitments we are not prepared for repeats. Alas, that is what happens when we try to force ourselves against our own good.
