Yes, I like to call it the grace of space. I see it and use it personally ( adult son with Autism) and professionally (mentor, coach & guide)🤗

This is an easy trap to fall into, as we hire people for these roles who know the subject and can communicate that knowledge. However, many people do not learn when they are only facing a firehose of information, especially when they are expected to internalize and make sense of it on their own.

These ideas may apply to any profession, or at least to the areas where I have worked.
